The Kaki Campbell, which originated in the 1800's is a great general purpose duck. They are best known to for their high level of egg production which can rivel even the most efficient egg laying chickens. Campbells can lay upward of 300 eggs per year. They are also good foragers and can be used as a meat production duck. The average weight of these birds is 4-6lbs.
